The Securities & Derivative Analyst is an entry level position responsible for processing and reconciliation roles for using the knowledge of banking and Securities to manage tasks across different departments. Handling many types of works, such as being the contact for internal and external checks, collecting data for customer asset segregation, reconciling bank accounts, and paying fees. At the same time, the team help improve processes and workflows to make things more efficient in their area. It needs to understand how different parts of the business work together and how it helps achieve overall company goals.
Because this role involves working with many teams, strong communication and diplomacy skills are needed to sort, prioritize, and check changing information.
It also needs to understand relevant laws and company policies to identify potential risks and create new guidelines or suggestions.

Qualifications:
• Relevant experience preferred in financial field
• Fundamental understanding of Financial products, accounting and regulatory policies preferable
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in an environment
• PC skill (Excel, macros preferred).
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of Securities Sales Representative Qualification (証券外務員資格) preferred.
• Possession of Bookkeeping Level 3 (簿記３級）certification preferred.
• Native Japanese language skill and basic English communication skill is required
• Strong communication skills as a team worker
• 金融分野での経験があれば尚可
• 金融商品、会計、および規制ポリシーに関する基本的な理解があれば尚可
• 多様な活動やプロジェクトを並行して実行できる能力のある方
• PC スキル（マクロに関する知識（VBA等）あれば尚可）
• 明確で簡潔なコミュニケーション能力を一貫して発揮できる方
• 証券外務員資格の保有者歓迎
• 簿記3級の保有者歓迎
• 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語は基本的なコミュニケーションスキルが必須（読み・書き）
• チームの一員として貢献できる高いコミュニケーション能力
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• 学士号または同等の経験
