Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. Offering Team sits within IB and plays a critical role in supporting origination of offering/financing transactions with primary coverage bankers, driving deal execution, managing transaction processes, and ensuring disciplined documentation and internal committee processes across live transactions.
Role Overview
Vice President of the Offering Team will be a senior origination support and execution professional responsible for end‑to‑end transaction execution, with a particular focus on documentation, legal process management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role acts as a central point of accountability during execution, working closely with IB coverage and Capital Solutions Group’s product teams, external legal counsel, clients, and internal control functions to ensure transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with firm standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
• Significant experience (typically 8 plus years) in investment banking, legal counsels, corporate treasury and/or CFO’s office functions
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teamwork spirits
• Strong hands on experience leading transaction execution and managing legal documentation for complex deals
• Deep understanding of transaction processes, legal frameworks, and market practice
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams under tight deadlines
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
Preferred
• Experience working closely with external legal counsel and negotiating transaction documentation
• Familiarity with Japan market transactions and cross border deal execution
• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members
