As an Equity Derivatives Middle Office Trade Support Analyst in the Tokyo team, you will ensure accurate trade capture, risk management, and regulatory compliance for OTC equity derivatives and cash equities. You will work closely with traders, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and support new business initiatives. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain a strong control environment. You will contribute to process improvements and project management across local, regional, and global initiatives. The Equity Derivatives Middle Office Trade Support team provides essential support to trading desks, prime brokerage, and cash equity operations. You will be involved in end-to-end trade lifecycle management, regulatory reporting, and efficiency realization projects. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills
• Business Proficiency in Japanese and English
• Strong communication skills, with ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Experience with OTC equity derivatives or prime brokerage products
• Experience in a middle office or trade support role preferred
• Familiarity with digital tools such as RPA or Alteryx
• Project management experience in financial services
• Exposure to regulatory reporting requirements
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to drive change and support business growth initiatives
