Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, responsible, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
The successful candidate must have:
• At least 2-3 years of finance experience with strong financial modeling capabilities; real estate investment experience is a plus, but not required.
• The candidate must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Superior academic achievement.
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Strong project management, financial and analytical skills.
• An entrepreneurial demeanor, results focused.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong work ethic to persevere; genuine passion for excellence; results oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree with honors from a top university or college .
