The Operations team is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.
The Operations team may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks.
This position is responsible for client reporting and brings multi-task roles where he/she needs to play all of Fund related operations value-chain across on/offshore transactions.

As our Senior Operations Analyst Investment Operations, you will:
• Oversight Fund activities in accordance with the Department policies and procedure, market standard in Japan
• Oversight Vendor day to day process activities
• Control/ Identify any operational Risk items
• Strong understanding of systems used
• Preferably to have experience and understanding of fund business and performance measurement and client reporting
We are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance related fields, with a proven academic performance
• At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management Operations or trust bank for more than 5 years
• Experience in Client Reporting / Performance Measurement / Fund / Institutional accounting
• Profound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, T-Star
• Professional Japanese and English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
