As an Analyst/Associate in Japan M&A team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and to be involved in real-time transactions that can shape the industry landscape and global economy. You will play a key role in our business origination and transaction execution. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role (3+ years of experience for an Associate role)
• A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
• Strong financial modelling and financial analytical skills
• Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, professionals and counterparties both in Japanese and English
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently/proactively
• Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process
