仕事内容
This role is part of the Pension Sales team and works closely with both the Institutional Sales teams and the RFP Team to support business development in the Japan institutional market. The Institutional Sales teams—including Pension Sales, Consulting Relationship (CR), OAM/Wrap, and Financial Institution Group—focus on building and strengthening relationships with consulting firms and DC plan administrators.
The RFP Team complements these efforts by producing high‑quality RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across institutional and wholesale channels. You will collaborate with both teams, as well as investment, product, compliance, client service, and global offices, to deliver consistent and effective engagement with clients and consultants.
応募資格(必須経験など)
• 3–5+ years of experience in pension or institutional sales within asset management; DC business exposure is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in RFP/RFI/DDQ creation within asset management is strongly preferred.
• Broad investment management knowledge; CMA/CFA or client facing experience is highly valued.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple deadlines proactively.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales, investment, product, and global teams.
