応募資格(必須経験など)
Your skills and experience:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in DCM deals execution.
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task across clients, projects and geographies.
• Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques.
• Rounded accounting and regulatory technical knowledge to appreciate significance of key contractual terms.
• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients.
• Performing in-depth company and industry research to support live deal execution and pitches.
• Proven client coverage and origination experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Robust knowledge of all investment banking products.
• Educated to university degree level with strong numerical ability.
• Excellent communication skills with Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
