仕事内容
Conduct sales activities and build deep relationships with branches of mutual fund distributors, especially major securities firms
Although lecturing at study groups and seminars, in essence, candidates must always be thinking about how to increase the sales of our funds and take action to achieve this.
In addition, it is necessary to acquire a deep and accurate knowledge of our company's products and to keep updating the information constantly.
Through the above roles, contribute to the medium- and long-term growth of the company.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the financial service industry (investment management firm,securities firm, or bank)
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or product-related role in the financial service industry
Technical skills and knowledge
- Expertise in investment strategies and financial instruments including equities, fixed income and FX
- Extensive knowledge of investment management business in Japan

- Self-starter who is result-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to take a logical approach to problem solving, determine appropriate priorities, and lead to solutions Enthusiastic and flexible attitude with experience working on a wide range of fields
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a flexible and proactive approach to resolving conflicts and overcoming problems
- Verbal and written communication skills in English preferred
Qualifications
- CFA, CMA, CAIA preferred
