About your role
• Conduct sales activities for DB and DC prospects (pension funds and plan sponsors) as well as existing clients to achieve Pension team sales target.
• Sales activities include the internal coordination to generate / finalize the proposal documents for public offering from public pension, such as RFP answer and presentation materials.
• Maintain and strengthen existing DB / DC client satisfaction through quarterly / regular review meeting, timely responses to inquiries, contact to provide information and new product proposals (cross selling)
• Engage with consultants and / or DC plan sponsor to strengthen relation with them, to understand the pension clients needs, and develop the business opportunities through maintaining the relationship.
• As member of Pension Sales team and Japan institutional business Division, contributes to the team by collaborating with other members to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain contacts and meeting notes in Fidelity’s CRM system (Salesforce)
応募資格(必須経験など)
About you
• 5+ years of DB Pension sales experience. Better to have DC business experience, if possible.
• Interpersonal and communication skills in Japanese (Native level) / English (Business level), both written and oral.
• Team player who can gain the support and commitment of internal service partners (e.g. act as team player, respect others, mutual support mind-set.
• Strong desire to deliver high level of client experience by delivering accurate RFP/RFI in timely manner.
• Flexible and positive attitude to work in a fast changing and demanding environment.
• Customer Focus (e.g. Think our internal/external customers’ expectations).
• Strong PC literacy (Excel, Power Point).
• Integrity and Work Ethic (e.g. Try to deliver best outputs, take a proactive approach rather than waiting for detailed instructions).
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and specifically a breadth of knowledge in Investment Management.
