A minimum of three years, full-time meaningful and related work experience is required.
Candidates are required to be pursuing an MBA or master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between graduation date between November 2026 and August 2027.
Common areas of study include but are not limited to industrial or organizational psychology, human resources management, communications, industrial labor relations, organizational development, or other related degrees.
Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence and a commitment to achieving sustainable results.
Additionally, candidates should hold strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office and exhibit proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem solving and analytical skills, verbal, and written communication, as well as professionalism.
