Trade Support
Ensure smooth functioning of all trade flows and post-execution activities including account/static set up, trade confirmation and settlement.
Reconciliation
Performing daily reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
Lifecycle Management
Managing the lifecycle of trades, including client onboarding, account setup, collateral management, and exception management.
Risk Management
Identifying and mitigating operational risks and understanding controls.
Reporting
Preparing various reports related to trading activities and exposure to regulators.
Process Improvement
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows within the operations team
応募資格(必須経験など)
Prior industry experience preferred but not a must
Strong interest in building a career at Operations.
Business level Japanese and English
Self-motivated to work independently and across the teams
Team player - excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
