Fusion Response leads rapid and comprehensive Response and Recovery operations in order to minimize impact from a broad range of potentially business disrupting, to significantly impacting, threats and incidents, from cyber and fraud to technology incidents, weather events, terror attacks, geopolitical unrest & pandemics, collaborating with partner organizations to Understand, Prepare, and Learn from these events.In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities.


応募資格(必須経験など)
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • Communicate exceptionally in high stress situations, in both verbal and written form, to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to drive your own learning, proactively identify gaps in understanding, and be open minded to feedback.
  • Crisis management skills: Ability to lead conference calls with large groups of geographically dispersed stakeholders. Ability to thrive and maintain calm in a variety of high-stress situations. Ability to translate technical incidents into business terms. Enthusiasm to learn new technologies, make new contacts and influence the way IT operates.
  • Understanding of ITIL IT Service Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the technology used in a large Enterprise infrastructure environment would be advantageous (i.e. Linux, Networking, Servers, Databases, Web Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, Cloud, Cyber).
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Understanding of data center infrastructure (i.e. Power, Cooling, Racking) would be advantageous.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills including a strong sense of commitment and drive towards incident resolution.
  • Ability to develop close relationships with executives, departments, and leadership teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
