Minimum Qualifications
• 10+ years as a B2B marketer in the tech or digital advertising industry
• Significant, demonstrable experience working with senior sales executives and teams to develop and activate revenue-driving B2B marketing initiatives
• Strong grasp of Japan’s market dynamics, as well as standard performance marketing and business metrics
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and the adtech landscape
• Extraordinary written and verbal communication
• Adept at navigating through ambiguity to move things forward — from business insight to channel strategy to in-market activation to measurement and optimization
• Skilled at discussing and debating ideas in a collaborative way, leading through influence and driving focus, and maintaining positive cross-functional relationships as challenges arise
• Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity

• Experience working in a geographically distributed team
• Manages multiple projects, priorities, and overlapping deadlines effectively and with ease
