■Organization / Mission:
Department Mission: Contribute to enhancing brand value and business growth by communicating a unique brand story and providing brand experience to customers around the world.
Group Mission: To develop communication that create mid- to long-term brand value. Work to raise brand awareness, strengthen brand image and gain trust and empathy, engagement towards our target audience.

■Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual/mid-term PR communication strategy in collaboration with PR team and Social Media team.
- Lead seasonal product PR communication strategy in collaboration with PR/Social Media team, MKT group.
- Lead PR asset creation including Press kit, Guideline etc.
- Lead PR/Social teams to organize global/local brand events and product launches events for media and influencers.
- Develop PR plan for brand philanthropy/sustainability activations in collaboration with PR/Social team and MKT group.
- Guide PR team member and lead the team.
- Lead PR agency management.
- Monitor and analyze PR/social media results reports with PDCA cycle to optimization and efficiency in contents performance.

■About the Role:
- Able to work in dynamic environment to lead the global PR strategy & execution, including PR/Event planing, PR assets creation etc.
- Able to gain experience in mid-term brand equity building from PR Communication perspective.
- Able to work with diverse background people, collaborating with regions, creative team, research center, and external partners.
- Able to plan a global communication activation from scratch, as a HQ function.


Target

■Requirements:
- More than 7 years in PR Communication/ Social Media, Marketing Communication area.
- Experience in planning/creating communication assets (contents) for brand/product promotion.
- Experience in leading PR event.
- Deep understanding in media landscape, interest in social media platform (Instagram, LINE, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok).
- Native level fluency of Japanese and business level fluency of English in verbal and written communications.
- Project lead experience.
- Detail oriented and organized, commitment to goal.
- Team collaboration.
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

■Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in luxury beauty skincare brand PR Communication, especially in HQ function.
- Experience in managing small team.
- Experience in leading global level event (guests from worldwide, location outside Japan etc).
- Agency management experience.
- Bachelor’ degree in communications, marketing or related field.
- Adobe Photoshop skills.
