Responsibilities
• Identify and align with client business objective, unlocking greater breadth of stakeholder engagement across agencies and advertisers
• Engage key growth advertisers at key moments, including transformational programmatic media pitches and workshops
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team
• Define a team strategy in a wider organization pillar/context
• Manage the required floor-wide capability building program and oversee day-to-day questions


応募資格(必須経験など)

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in digital advertising sales, and/or product marketing, and/or adtech related
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience influencing leaders across functions and countries, and managing teams
• Experience in managing and inspiring sales teams keeping customers' success at the core
• Knowledge of sales and management
• Knowledge of the video industry and display market
• Knowledge of agency planning on video creative, display budget allocation including offline print and TV
• Problem solving skills with the ability to partner with sales and guide complex operational and strategic initiatives
