業務内容：
・パートナー様のオンボーディングを行い、一体化を図る
・パートナー様と直接連携する
・パートナー様やサプライヤー様と連携し、Google とのつながりが深まるよう関係を管理する。パートナー様がビジネス目標を達成できるよう継続的にサポートする
・パートナー様のフィードバックとプロダクトやオペレーションに関する知識を活用して、Google のパートナー業務やサポート業務を適切に整備し、プロダクト ロードマップを正しい方向に導く
・パートナー様と直接協力して、Google プロダクトの全般的な保守性を改善する
About The Job：
At gTech’s Users and Products team (gUP), our mission is to help users get the most out of Google. We represent Google's users and many of our partners globally, sharing insights with the larger Google organization to enable exceptional customer and product experiences.
gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
The gTech Travel team supports and onboards new partners, develops scalable operational/tooling solutions to influencing product strategy, and advocates for the overall partner experience.

Responsibilities：
・Onboard and integrate partners.
・Work directly with partners.
・Work with and manage relationships with partners/suppliers to connect to Google and continue to drive value to meet partner's business goals.
・Represent partners and use product/operational knowledge to shape our partner/support operations and influence product roadmaps.
・Work directly with partners while improving the overall serviceability of our product.

必要な条件/経験：
・学士号を取得していること（同等の実務経験でも可）
・複数のプロジェクトやプロセスを主導した 5 年以上の経験
・英語および日本語による、文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
望ましい経験/スキル：
・インターネット テクノロジー（HTML、XML、HTTP など）を業務において利用した経験。技術的な問題をトラブルシューティングするとともに、複雑な問題をわかりやすく伝えられること
・時間的制約があり、優先順位が競合する複数のプロジェクトを管理しながら、細部まで気を配りつつプロジェクトを完了まで導けること
・クロスファンクショナルなチームと協力して、インパクトの大きいプロジェクトを主導、実施できること
・プロジェクトまたはプログラムを管理する優れたスキル
・文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力と卓越した分析力
・顧客と関係を構築し、ステークホルダーを管理できる優れたスキル
Minimum qualifications：
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
・5 years of experience leading multiple projects and/or processes.
・Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
Preferred qualifications：
・Experience with internet technologies, such as HTML, XML, HTTP; Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate complex topics.
・Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with competing priorities, while working to drive projects to completion with high attention to detail.
・Ability to lead and implement high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
・Excellent project or program management skills.
・Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
・Excellent customer-relationship and stakeholder management skills.
