What you will do
Manage the implementation of treasury and cash management solutions with new and existing clients to Bank of America - covering core product solutions / service offerings
Work in partnership with clients to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicate the project status; identify issues, resolution steps and deadlines
Engage key stakeholders throughout the implementation process and coordinate with internal Business Partners as necessary
Provide support and guidance to Sales officers where required/requested during the sales process
Facilitate internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills
Demonstrate attention to detail, team player, take end-to-end ownership and drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the bank’s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing technical support to clients where necessary for problem solving for our e-banking system
Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing the voice of the business, taking ownership and delivering the execution of these projects

Your background
Ability to demonstrate strong experience with client facing roles, both orally and written in English and Japanese
Experience dealing with corporate clients at all levels in a positive and professional manner, with the ability to work under pressure
Project management/process coordination experience concentrating on treasury and cash management solutions for corporate organizations, including exposure to elements such as electronic payments, SWIFT messaging, Zengin, and Foreign Exchange (FX).
Self-motivated, flexible, proactive; excellent team player and able to work independent of direct supervision
Problem solving/analytical and organizational skills
General PC, Windows and Excel Knowledge
