仕事内容

What you will do

Support various Line of Business users through direct end user support or through projects that deliver changes to the end user environment
Engages in high severity business impacting production incidents and problem tickets to work through to resolution
Deliver superior client experience while ensuring a managed, secure End User environment
Assist Service Delivery team in keeping desktop devices in compliance with Bank standards
Assist with patching and upgrading End User devices
Handle user questions, incidents, and requests. Tracking, measuring, and escalating as appropriate
Adhere to industry and corporate standards and best practices while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast moving environment
Availability for ad-hoc work after hours and on weekends where necessary


応募資格(必須経験など)

Your background

Bachelor degree holder in Computer studies or IT related disciplines
Experience in trading and banking desktop support, and supporting banking applications an advantage
Knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems and infrastructure required to implement and support enterprise deployments (Windows 10) including Microsoft Office and core application suites.
Market Data troubleshooting experience including Reuters, Bloomberg, and FactSet
Knowledge of Blackberry Work, setting up and troubleshooting of mobility devices
Project and event management skills
Analytical, problem solving, facilitation skills
Experience with client escalation, troubleshooting skills and scripting
Positive attitude, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and accept challenges, supportive attitude for other teams
Willing to work in a team, able to work efficiently under pressure
Proactively plan for and identify risks to be remediated
Strong focus on “client experience” and be able to communicate to and influence all levels of the organization especially with clients.
