Your role
Are you passionate about the markets? Do you know how to leverage your technical expertise to enable some of our most sophisticated clients trading global markets? We are looking for someone who can:
・grow our successful Client Financing and Delta 1 business in the region from Japan and further strengthen the cross border coverage for our global clients
・provide unparalleled global insight to help clients with their investment decision process
・drive the development of our inventory strategy to enable sophisticated clients trade in Japan and other markets; manage relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
・stay on top of market developments, regulatory changes and new product offerings
・integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable recommendations for clients to help generate alpha
応募資格(必須経験など)
Your expertise
・ 5+ years of experience in Equity Financing / SBL, dealing with a complete array of equities products in the APAC region
・ strong understanding of the Japan market and broad understanding of the other APAC equity markets
・ excellent understanding of balance sheet, funding and financing as well as Hedge Fund strategies requiring hedging solutions
・experienced operating within a compliance and regulatory framework
・ a track record of being able to implement and deliver
・ experience managing a team or have a high potential of people management
・ Bachelor degree in a quantitative field would be considered highly advantageous.
・ Fluent English speaker plus Japanese language skills are highly desirable.
