Lending Specialist - GWM Global Lending

We are looking for a lending specialist for complex transactions to:
• assess and opine on underlying risks
• propose mitigation measures by offering in-depth structuring advice to Markets
• prepare and underwrite credit requests
• conduct periodic in-depth credit reviews
• preferably calculate margin requirements for OTC derivatives, assess the associated risks and mitigants from a credit perspective.

Your expertise
• Proven experience in credit risk analysis, focusing on corporate credit within a top tier banking institutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Cooperative and persistent with good communication skill.
• Diligent, reliable, well-organized, and able to work toward challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of output quality.
