仕事内容
Responsibilities:
・Preparation of Japan Regulatory Reporting's for OTC Derivatives, Cash Equities (including ECM) and SBL.
・Participation in global and local projects including new business, system enhancements and market rule changes
・Process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and controls
・Motivated to script digital tools (Alteryx, UiPath, Xceptor) for driving automation process
応募資格(必須経験など)
Qualifications:
・Experience in Investment Banking MO/Operations
・Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
・Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, Digital Tools (Alteryx, UiPath)
・Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
・Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes
・Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives
・Language requirements: Japanese - Native level; English - Business level
