Trading Support, Aladdin Client Services, Analyst


仕事内容

・Develop expertise in Trading functionalities and nuances across various asset class universe

・Answer client’s queries related to Orders, Placements and FIX issues in timely and accurate manner
・Build strong working relationships with Traders and different teams within BlackRock while communicating and explaining new Aladdin capabilities to internal partner teams and external client base
・Work on understanding key requirements from traders and come up with custom and innovative solutions

・Interact with BlackRock and clients trade desk to identify technical issues with timeliness and high level of accuracy
・Help train junior analyst within team
・Work with regional and global team and product experts and help drive local initiatives
・Constantly evaluate systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement


応募資格(必須経験など)

Knowledge/Experience:

・2+ years in the financial or technology industry; client or vendor facing role preferred
・Excellent organizational skills; extremely detail oriented
・Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and an ability to identify problems, design and articulate solutions and implement changes
・Knowledge of financial products in Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives etc.
・Experience with query languages and databases
・Able to develop good working relationships with stakeholders
・Demonstrated success in a high-paced environment
