We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager Station Technology for our Amazon Last Mile team. You will work on developing and managing the programs and mechanisms that AMZL uses to manage their delivery operations. This unique role will focus on developing programs from the ground up. As an owner, you will develop the program strategy, define goals, and work across a broad set of stakeholders to execute the vision. You will strongly coordinate with international technology teams of Product Managers, Developers and SMEs to ensure the integration and development of the last products, granting worldwide software parity and adaptation to Japan Last Mile reality. This is a Senior Role with a complex range of programs and projects active simultaneously.

A successful candidate will possess a high level of autonomy and integrity while managing a variety of job responsibilities, be highly analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused. The Senior Program Manager Station Technology will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
We are looking for a bar-raising Senior Program Manager who:
· Leads the program strategy and execution in Product development and integration of technologies supporting our Drivers, to maximize their experience and performances.
· Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning and execution
· Is comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” to drive initiatives to completion
· Monitors and reports on progress of all activity and metrics within the program area
· Communicates across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program
· Works within time constraints to meet critical business needs

応募資格(必須経験など)
基本条件
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of program/product management experience
· Proficiency with data tools/systems including Excel
· Experienced in working with distributed teams, often in different countries
· Business Level of English
歓迎条件
· Master's Degree/MBA
· Experience with logistics
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation.
· Japanese Proficiency
· Leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile
· Experience with SQL and tools such as Tableau
· Strong oral and written communication skills
