Description
The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Team is responsible for the acquisition, design, construction, and management of all facilities in the Amazon Delivery Station Network. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Japan AMZL Program Management team who will support the expansion of AMZL’s Last Mile network. We are seeking an experienced, innovative, hands-on, Program Manager to scale project planning and execution across AMZL projects. As a member of the JP Program Team you will be responsible for design, implementation and continuous improvement of standard project management methodologies including processes, tools, governance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations.
· Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
· Partner with other program managers and multiple stakeholders to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery.
· Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate.
· Influence design and development of strategic processes.
· Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives.
· Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.
· Engage other Amazon business units globally to learn best practice to implement new structure. At the same time to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.
· Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
· Working with Legal and TRC(Transport Risk and Compliance ) team to make sure our process is compliant and risk free.

基本条件
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree.
· 3+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation or equivalent professional or military experience.
· Experience with data mining and data analysis.
· Project management experience.
· Business level in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).

Preferred Qualifications
· Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps.
· Writing report/documentation logically to get alignment/approval from leadership management team.
· Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
· Proficiency in Data management systems, CRM and Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Project Portfolio management tools, Salesforce, SharePoint development, MS SQL, MS Visio, etc.
· Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
· Experience in designing, implementing, and launching of technical, large scale, complex projects.
· Experience working as Program Manager for fulfillment, warehouse, distribution, delivery stations.
· Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau or Microsoft Access.
· Continuous improvement background (i.e. 6-sigma, ISO, Total Quality, etc.)
