Responsibilities:• Partners with Associates and Vice Presidents to build financial models and prepare client presentations and final work products, including due diligence questionnaires, working group lists, and lender presentations
• Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
• Serves as a key resource working closely with Associates, Vice Presidents, and Relationship Managers to create client deliverables and respond to ad-hoc client requests
• Prepares recommendations on timing, size, and structure of business transactions, communicating findings to team members
• Performs industry and company research to support business development and ad-hoc requests
• Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups
