Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for someone who can provide high-level administrative support to our Global Markets team by:
• arrange travel bookings, itineraries and entertainment
• support internal visitors to arrange access card entitlement, meeting room and temporary desk
• support to prepare materials and data analysis for meetings/forums/committees
• manage calendars including conference calls and meetings
• assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses
• support office administration such as ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
• execute business risk management related activities such as arranging preapprovals and risk management report, coordinating internal risk assessment , handling staff onboarding/offboarding and managing personal information data base

Your expertise
• successful administrative experience in a fast-paced enterprise
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• proactive in absorbing knowledge of digitalization
• attention to detail, well-organized and ability to take on multiple tasks
• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
• proven written and verbal communication skills. native level Japanese and intermediate-business level English capabilities.
