応募資格(必須経験など)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-6 years of post-qualification experience working as a tax attorney, tax accountant or in-house tax practitioner with strong tax structuring experience and capabilities
• Deep Japan tax experience is required, working tax experience in other key jurisdictions is strongly preferred (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, as well as the impacts of the OECD’s Global Minimum Tax in those regions)
• Preferred sector exposure is private markets funds (especially private equity, private credit and real assets products), although willing to speak to potential candidates with a background in broader asset management / financial services, or private client advisory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Native level in Japanese language, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong quantitative, analytical & modeling skills preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Native Level Japanese, with strong written and verbal English communication skills
