Responsibilities:
 Conducts comprehensive company and industry research, preparing presentation materials for clients
 Participates in specific client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities
 Assists clients with raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions
 Develops and maintains complex financial models and performs various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
 Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
 Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups
 Native level Japanese MUST
