Corporate Access Services Associate
Platform Solutions Execution Management (‘PSEM’) is the firm’s industry leading initiative in resourcing Millennium investment professionals globally across access, data, research, and technology.
Corporate Access is part of PSEM and facilitates access to companies, both broker-sourced and self-originated, for Millennium investment professionals (‘IPs’).
This role requires managing the daily responsibilities and overall process of corporate access in Asia, as part of Corporate Access Services team based in Japan, for the benefit of all Millennium IPs.

Qualifications/Skills Required
• 3-10 years’ industry experience at bank, asset manager, or hedge fund in corporate access, research, or sales; must have knowledge of corporate access ‘eco-system’
• Degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills, in both languages, with poise and confidence to interact with corporate management teams and Millennium investment professionals
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
• High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and excellent attention to detail
• Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others reach shared goals
• Knowledge of trends and best practice within the corporate access landscape
