This role leads hands-on media operations and the implementation of innovative solutions within integrated media plans. You will improve media investment efficiency to drive sustainable business growth, with the ability to execute inside the organization rather than relying entirely on agencies. You will also apply advanced targeting and store-traffic strategies using the latest technologies, and lead implementation of innovative digital solutions for the Japanese market in collaboration with global teams.

Required skills & experience
• Minimum of about 5 years of practical experience in digital media / performance marketing, with hands-on ad account operation, bidding optimization, and campaign design.
• Proven planning and optimization experience across multi-channel environments (TV, search, social, video, programmatic, etc.).
• Data-driven analytical skills and practical experience with KPI definition, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and attribution concepts.
• Track record of planning and executing local/store-traffic initiatives (geo-targeting, location-based tactics, map-integrated campaigns).
• Knowledge of new marketing technologies and ad measurement solutions and experience driving their adoption.
• Practical skills in stakeholder management, agency oversight, and vendor negotiations.
Preferred skills & experience
• Experience in consumer goods (FMCG) or retail channel marketing.
• Experience designing and executing customer data platforms, segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
• Experience leading localization of global projects (introducing overseas solutions to the Japanese market).
• Business-level English for documentation, reporting, and collaboration with global teams.
