応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum Qualification
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (preferred: Engineering or Supply chain or equivalent in work experience)
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience with a minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain
• Business level fluency in English and Japanese is required (Korean is plus)
• Experience in working with SAP and Quality systems is a plus
• Keen on learning many new things
• Comfortable to work in a global and ambiguous setting that is in flux
• Effective communication skills (candid, concise, active listening)
• Constant drive for improvement and innovation
• Positive can-do mindset when dealing with challenges
• Strong self-awareness & open for giving/receiving feedback
