◯TJ (Toshi Irisumi): Founder and CEO of Alpha Advisors. After working at Sumitomo Corporation (Tokyo, NY), obtained an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Post-MBA, worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Japan. Founded Alpha Advisors 17 years ago, which annually guides numerous private advisory students into top MBA, EMBA, and graduate programs at institutions such as Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, and UC Berkeley, as well as leading global corporations such as Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and Mitsubishi Corporation. Recently, there has been a significant increase in mid-career professionals (aged 30–50) seeking MBA admissions and career transition advice.

◯Emi Sakashita: Conducted research in adult education and clinical psychology at Columbia University Teachers College. Prior to studying abroad, she completed her master's degree at the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, The University of Tokyo, followed by research and development roles for new pharmaceutical products at a global healthcare corporation and pharmaceutical ventures. Currently, Emi runs her own online counseling business, with a growing number of individual clients seeking consultations on mental health, workplace relationships, and family/parent-child dynamics.
