2. Application Schedule and Procedures
Fall Application Period
You can apply online between July 17 and August 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM (Japan Standard Time). All necessary documents must be submitted within this application window.
Document Screening
Document screening will occur from August to September 2025. The evaluation will mainly focus on academic records, essays, personal statements, and English proficiency.
Interview
Candidates who pass the document screening will be invited for an interview in September 2025. The interview will primarily be conducted in Japanese, assessing the applicant's future potential, reasons for requiring the scholarship, and qualities as a global leader.
Final Results
The final results will be announced in late September 2025. All applicants will be notified individually, regardless of the outcome.
Spring Application Period
