1) Missing Classes: not just based on the fact that it may affect your grade in some classes wherein attendance is taken and counted as a part of your grade, but this is just a basic habit that could cost you a lot in graduate school. It is common for students to be able to miss class during their undergrad, however a masters' requires more commitment. So it is best to never start!

2) Not Getting a Part-Time Job: Not denying the fact that an undergraduate degree can be very challenging and time-consuming; just making enough time for coursework, extra-curricular activities and a social life could take up more time than one can spare. However, having a part-time job during college looks much better on your resume, teaches you an extra lesson on responsibility and prepares you for the future. In addition to that, you could save some money up for your MBA.
