Interns are also assigned various ancillary projects throughout the program. Prior projects have included support in the annual risk assessment, distributor agreement initiatives, and support for development of e-learning initiatives.

All participants in a group project on a topic of interest that will be presented to an audience including but not limited to the audit leadership team, counseling managers, mentors, and the co-op champions. Interns also participate in specific programs hosted by Corporate College Relations. Prior agendas have included Backpack to Briefcase, Breakfast with J&J’s CFO, Networking, and Intern Team Building.
