Functional Description:
Frito-Lay's 2015 Future Leaders Sales Internship Program provides a demanding, fast-paced environment in a competitive industry, where growth equals opportunity and fun accompanies the challenge. Decisions are made in "real time" to create organizational impact through project based contributions with a strong focus on leading & selling. If you are up to the challenge, you found your fit!

You will participate in a 10-12 week program designed to focus on value added project work which will provide an understanding of our business, how we sell and lead our teams in a professional environment. The skills you learn will prepare you to be considered for our full-time Sales Management opportunities.

What we are looking for:

Must graduate with final degree(Bachelor's and/or Master's) within one (1) year of internship completion
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Successfully pass the Sales Management On-Line Assessment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
Involvement in at least one extracurricular activity
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to work autonomously
Desire to lead a team

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should be completing their junior year of studies
Must graduate with final degree(Bachelor's and/or Master's) within one (1) year of internship completion
Eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship
Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
