Fund Reporting Team, part of Client Reporting team in Tokyo within AM Reporting Ops, plays a crucial role in supporting Goldman Sachs Asset Management's business in Japan. The team is primarily responsible for leading all reporting operations related to investment trusts offered in Japan, creating and distributing various reports accurately and timely to distributors and other stakeholders. This function covers a wide range of investment trust products and requires close collaboration with the business team and portfolio management team. As part of the team's strategy, the team strives to provide systematic solutions for reporting needs, aiming to deliver the highest standard of client experience through promoting automation and strengthening associated risk management frameworks.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund reporting operations at an asset management company.
• Advanced knowledge of financial products, financial terms, and finance in general, as well as knowledge of portfolio analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, at a level where functions can be appropriately utilized.
• Knowledge of TSTAR.
• Ability to efficiently process large volumes of data, filtering, combining, and extracting for specific reporting needs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide practical solutions within tight deadlines under pressure, and to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness and ability to actively adopt and adapt to new systems and processes.
• High awareness of risk management.
• High collaboration, team-oriented mindset, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Native Japanese, Basic English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge and skillset of portfolio analysis.
• Experience with low-code platforms, BI tools, or AI application is a plus.
