Program
・A one-year program for business leaders with managerial experience
・Program starts in January unlike other schools
・Three terms:
Spring Term (January-March) with compulsory classes only
Summer Term (April-June) with compulsory classes and electives
Autumn Term (September-December) with electives only
・Participation in exchange programs with Columbia University, Hong Kong University and LBS Dubai Campus is also possible
・A diverse group of students is organized by the school, and most of the classes are conducted in groups of five.
・In terms of career development, program office-led career programs are frequently offered for Sloan students.

Essay（2021-2022)
The LBS Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy Application
We welcome applications from experienced executives, professionals and entrepreneurs who can demonstrate their suitability for the LBS Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy.
Our rigorous admissions process pays close attention to each individual, ensuring a strong fit between your achievements, experience and objectives. This page has all the information you need to apply. Please contact our Recruitment Manager for more information at sloan@london.edu.
Prospective LBS Sloan Fellows have many demands on their time. To ease the application process you can submit with just the completed online application form, essays, CV, academic documents (certificate or transcripts if available), one recommendation and the application fee. This means you can submit your application pre-GMAT/EA test. The admissions team will then let you know if additional information is required.
The initial screening process takes around two weeks, and if you are successful the time from interviewing to final decision will take four to six weeks.
CV/ resume
Your CV must be no more than one page in length. If you have any significant gaps in your employment history, give your reasons on a separate sheet.
Attach your CV to the online application form.
Reapplicant Essay
The Admissions Committee will consider carefully the answers to the following questions. Please complete all of the essay questions beginning your answer below each question and giving word counts for each answer. Once complete, please attach the Sloan essay template document to your online application following the instructions given on the web form.

Current LBS Sloan essay topics are as follows:
Please provide a personal statement explaining how you will contribute to the experience of others on the programme, and how the LBS Sloan MSc programme will benefit you. (600 words)
Describe what it would mean to you personally to be an alumnus of London Business School, what you believe membership of the community represents, and how you would give back to London Business School in the future. (600 words)
Recommendation
Initially you can apply with one reference and can select the second referee when your candidacy decision is made. One referee should be a current or previous manager, the other a colleague, someone else who knows you well at work or someone else who knows you in a professional capacity. The Admissions Committee appreciate that providing a reference from your current workplace may be sensitive – contact us if you want to discuss your choice of referee.
After you input your referees' details into the online application form, we will send them an email with login details for the online reference system. Please check that they have received this.
London Business School reserves the right to contact your referees for further information in connection with your application.
